Products & Services
We offer physical products (apparel, stickers, prints), creative services (photoshoots, video shoots, event coverage), and digital services (branding, Shopify setup, and consulting).
Orders
All orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Payment must be completed before orders are processed.
No Returns or Refunds
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or refunds. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.
Shipping
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers. Once an order is shipped, it is the responsibility of the carrier.
Creative & Digital Services
All service-based work (branding, consulting, media services) is non-refundable once work has started. Timelines and deliverables will be discussed prior to project start.
Intellectual Property
All designs, artwork, and content created by Charm and Chaos Studios are owned by us and may not be copied, reproduced, or resold without permission.
Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or services.
