Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Delays
Charm and Chaos Studios is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered. Please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos so we can assist you.
